Tim O'Neil

Tim O'Neil brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in commercial steel framing to his role leading DragonBoard's strategy and growth. As President of EB Metals and the driving force behind DragonBoard, he has spent the past decade working directly with GCs, architects, and steel contractors to bring MgO structural subfloor technology into the mainstream of mid-rise construction.

Before joining EB Metals, Tim built his career leading steel framing operations across the Northeast, where he developed a deep understanding of what contractors actually need on the jobsite — products that install fast, perform reliably, and don't add complexity to the schedule.

That perspective shapes everything about how DragonBoard is developed, sold, and supported.
