Designed for use with cold-formed steel (CFS) and wood framing, the panels are a dry installation alternative to traditional poured gypsum floor systems, with no curing time.
There are three panels: DragonBoard™ Structural Subfloor. A 3/4” nominal (18mm) structural panel for 16” o.c. or shorter spans where weight is a critical issue. 4.0 lbs./SF. DragonBoard™ MAG X-24. A 3/4” nominal (18mm) high-performance structural subfloor panel for wide-span and premium flooring applications, rated at 16”, 19.2” and 24” o.c.* 4.53 lbs./SF. DragonBoard™ InfernoBloc Underlayment. A 1/2” MgO underlayment that installs over plywood, OSB or MgO subflooring to achieve a one-hour fire-resistance-rated floor assembly. 2.48 lbs./SF.

Structural Subfloor: 4.0 lbs./SF, approx. 130 lbs. per panel, 22 panels per pallet (2,900 lbs.). MAG X-24: 4.53 lbs./SF, approx. 145 lbs. per panel, 22 panels per pallet (3,190 lbs.). InfernoBloc: 2.48 lbs./SF, approx. 80 lbs. per panel, 25 or 50 panels per pallet. All panels are 48” x 96” (4’ x 8’). Structural Subfloor and MAG X-24 have a square edge on the 4’ side and a shiplap edge on the 8’ side. InfernoBloc has a square edge on all four sides.
