A poured floor system adds a sequence to every level: schedule the crew, stage the equipment, pour, wait, verify moisture, then release the level to the trades behind you. Multiply by the number of levels and it is a meaningful block of the build.

Yes. Structural Subfloor installs directly to steel or wood framing, and MAG X-24 installs over wood or steel trusses and joists. Use UL G575 for CFS assemblies and UL L583 for wood.
It comes down to your framing, your span and your fire-rating requirement: Framing at 16” o.c. or less, and weight matters: Structural Subfloor. Wider framing at 19.2”, 24” or 16” o.c., or a premium floor: MAG X-24. Plywood or OSB subfloor already in the design, and a 1-hour rating needed: You may place InfernoBloc over it.
